Women at the Well: A Journey of Renewal, Healing, and New Beginnings
The Journey at a Glance
Women at the Well was a five-week Renewal Circle devotional created as a gentle, reflective journey through December—a season when many women feel the weight of endings, unanswered prayers, and quiet longing for something new. Rooted in the story of the Samaritan woman in John 4, this series invited women to meet Jesus honestly at the “well” of their lives and experience renewal without pressure, performance, or pretense. Over 31 days, participants were guided through Scripture, reflection, journaling, and prayer that moved intentionally from release → healing → renewal → alignment → overflow.
Week 1 – Coming to the Well
Closing the chapter on the year with honesty, reflection, and peace by laying down burdens and unmet expectations.
Week 2 – Sitting With Jesus
Creating space for healing and truth as God gently revealed hidden wounds and invited deeper honesty.
Week 3 – Receiving Living Water
Experiencing renewal and restoration as God filled dry places, restored hope, and reshaped identity.
Week 4 – Leaving the Jar Behind
Discernment, courage, and alignment: learning what to release to move forward with clarity.
Week 5 – Becoming the Message
Stepping into new beginnings with confidence, testimony, and overflow to carry renewal into the new year.

This devotional was not about fixing oneself or rushing transformation. It was about encounter; meeting Jesus in ordinary moments and allowing Him to do what only He can do: restore, renew, and re-center the heart.
Women at the Well remains a meaningful resource for women who are:
- Navigating transition or emotional fatigue
- Seeking spiritual renewal without pressure
- Longing for clarity, healing, and alignment
- Desiring a slower, reflective approach to faith
